Guideline Hourly Rate

Standard Rate: £40.00 per hour
Initial Commitment: 1-hour minimum, with additional work billed in 15-minute increments.
Additional Expenses: Costs such as postage, packing, stationery, printing, visits, off-site meetings, and travel will be billed separately.
Urgent Requests: Surcharges may apply for urgent deadlines or excessive demands.
VAT: Currently, VAT is not charged on Professional Office Support services.
Contracts: Reviewed regularly to align with specific client requirements.
